Foundations Workshop
Our 4 week Foundations Workshop will give you a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics behind our top 4 Compound Lifts. We will implement a full proper workout, starting with mobility and muscle activation warm-up, isolating muscle lifts, then the compound lift with proper form and technique, and finishing with a proper cool-down and stretch.

Meet Cait.
Cait has now completed the Foundations Course 5 separate times! Her passion for lifting and increasing her strength is apparent. When she first started Hip Thrusting back in February, she was at #95 for 10 reps. Come June, she has now hit an impressive #335 for 6! She has continued to focus on strengthening her core, and is now very comfortable with the form and technique of the big 4 lifts. We’re so proud of Cait and her serious strength gains!

You're Stronger than you Think.
Many women are intimidated by walking into a gym and using a barbell, among other equipment. This is partly because they may doubt having proper form, and partly because they don’t want to get injured. This foundations workshop will have you become familiar with the Deadlift, Bench Press, Barbell Squat, as well as Hip Thrust. Do you already do these on your own at the gym? Perfect! But maybe you want to double check your form, or would love to gain some incite or additional cues! Perhaps you want to see how heavy you can lift with a spot? Then this workshop is also for you!
